SCHEDULE III. COMMERCIAL VEHICLE ROUTES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to drive or cause to be driven, or operate or cause to be operated, any commercial motor vehicle, truck, truck-tractor, trailer or semi-trailer having a gross operating weight of 50,000 pounds or more over any street or streets, alley or alleys, within the corporate limits of the city, except hereinafter specifically designated streets, to-wit:
State Highway 100 from its intersection with the city to the intersection of Maxan and Garcia Street
Maxan Street
Garcia Street from its intersection with Maxan Street to its intersection with the old Causeway Approach
South Shore Drive from its intersection with Highway 100 to its intersection with the old Causeway Approach
Port Road from Highway 100 to the Turning Basin
The intersection of Second Street and Highway 100 to the south right-of-way city limit line of Illinois Avenue
The intersection of Third Street and State Highway 100 to the south right-of-way city limit line of Illinois Avenue
The intersection of Fourth Street and Highway 100 to the south right-of-way city limit line of Illinois Avenue
Other streets and alleys may be traveled upon by the vehicles when necessary for purposes of furniture moving and delivery and construction materials, but then only on the shortest feasible route from its intersection with any of the streets above designated to the place of destination or delivery
