(B) Penalty for violating stop condition at intersection of Port Road and Ash Street. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of Ordinance 505 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $200 for each violation hereof and each day the violation shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
