The owner/operator of a vehicle or watercraft in violation of this chapter by failing to pay the required parking fee will receive a ticket for the violation and be subject to the enforcement provisions set forth herein. Any vehicle or watercraft in violation of this chapter will be subject to being towed from the parking lot and impounded by a wrecker service authorized to conduct business within the city. The owner of the vehicle or watercraft can recover the vehicle or watercraft by paying the cost of towing charged by the wrecker service and by paying the cost of impoundment charged by the owner of the storage facility to which the vehicle or watercraft has been towed. If the owner of the vehicle or watercraft does not recover it from the storage facility the vehicle will be treated as a vehicle or watercraft abandoned in storage facility and it will be disposed of pursuant to the terms and provisions of Tex. Transportation Code Chapter 683, Subchapter C.
