Notice of the amount of parking fees charged, the specific striped spaces in which a vehicle or watercraft may park, and the hours of permitted parking will be posted on signs erected at the parks. Parking fees will be paid by the vehicle or watercraft owner or operator depositing the required sum in the designated collection board. It will not be a defense to any charge made pursuant to this chapter that any notice or sign was not visible or had been removed from the location.
