The city will establish a schedule of parking fees for any parks or other areas determined by the City Commission to require a parking fee, and the city will designate the parking areas for any parks or in any other designated parking area located within the city. The amount of the parking fees for each park or designated parking area will be established by the City Commission and will be published by notice posted at the general location where any fee is to be charged and shall be available from the City Secretary upon request.
