For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
VEHICLE.
(1) Any motor driven or propelled vehicle required to be registered under the laws of the state;
(2) An all-terrain vehicle or moped that is not required to be registered under the laws of the state; and
(3) A trailer used for carrying a vehicle or anything that is drawn or designed to be drawn by a vehicle.
WATERCRAFT.
(1) A boat;
(2) Motorboat;
(3) Personal watercraft that is designed to be operated by a person or persons sitting, standing or kneeling on the craft; and
(4) A trailer used for carrying a watercraft that is drawn or designed to be drawn by a vehicle.
