§ 71.04 REPORT REQUIRED.
   Whenever the City Manager or his or her designee has installed a traffic control device, he or she shall soon thereafter file a written report with the City Secretary stating the type of traffic control device and the date and location of the installation. The report shall be kept in a file and maintained among the official papers of the office of the City Secretary.
