§ 70.02 MANUAL AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR A UNIFORM SYSTEM OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES ADOPTED.
   The Manual and Specifications for a Uniform System of Traffic-Control Devices (hereinafter referred to as the Manual) as now and hereinafter adopted by the State Transportation Commission is hereby adopted by the city as the official manual for traffic control devices.
