§ 52.04 RATES OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.
   (A)   Sewer service may be furnished outside the corporate limits of the city only in the event the city is able to do so without detriment to consumers within the city limits, and to the persons and upon the terms and conditions as may to the City Commission appear to the best interest of the city.
   (B)   Save and except that charges for sewer service to every consumer, whether domestic, commercial or industrial, shall be the same as charged consumers under similar conditions within the city limits plus 100%.
