The rates to be charged and collected for sewer connections, which shall be calculated, charged and collected monthly, shall be as follows:

Sandwich shops and taverns | $3.25 per month |

Heavy industry, including fishhouses whose floor drains are connected with the sewer system of the city | $13.00 per month |
Fishhouse whose floor drains are not connected with the sewer system of the city - for each toilet connected to the system | $1.75 per month |
All other users | $1.75 per month |
Each toilet in excess of 2 | $0.40 per month |
