§ 51.05 LEAKS AND WASTES OF WATER.
   It shall be the duties of all employees of the city, including officers and members of the police force to report to the Superintendent of the Water Works System upon blanks furnished for that purpose any leaks or unnecessary waste of water that may come to their attention, also any violations of this chapter.
