§ 50.15 UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CART OR BIN.

It shall be unlawful for a person to use a cart or bin, for the disposal of garbage created by or belonging to themselves or another, without the consent of the account customer, owner or occupant of the premises for which the cart or bin has been provided.
