§ 50.12 MAINTENANCE OF COLLECTION AREA.
   The owner and occupant of a premises at which garbage collection services or bin services are performed shall maintain the collection area in a clean and safe condition and shall keep the collection area free of spilled or uncontained garbage, loose papers, bagged garbage, discarded containers, broken glass and every other thing and substance which is objectionable, unsightly, unsanitary or which constitutes a nuisance or health hazard.
