§ 50.08 DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE; DUTY TO NOTIFY CITY.
   The account customer and the owner and occupant of the premises who are responsible for maintaining the garbage collection service are responsible for and required to notify the city of their cessation of interest in the premises receiving garbage collection service. Until notification, each shall remain liable for the city's garbage collection service account for the premises. Upon notification, garbage collection service and billing for same will be terminated, or the account may be changed to the name of the new owner or occupant of the premises. The notification shall be made in writing on a form approved by the city.
