§ 50.07 LIEN UPON PREMISES FOR DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS.
   In the event that the owner or occupant of a premises shall fail to pay for the garbage collection services provided to the premises, a lien shall be imposed upon the premises for all delinquent charges including late fees, interest and all expenses for the filing, enforcement and foreclosure of the lien including attorney's fees and all costs of litigation.
