SECTION 1.01 INCORPORATION AND NAME.
   All of the inhabitants of the City of Port Isabel, in Cameron County, Texas, within its boundaries as now established or which may hereafter be established, shall be a body politic incorporated under and be known by the name and style of the "CITY OF PORT ISABEL".
