§ 36.30 TO ACT AS REASONABLY NECESSARY.
   Every officer, employee or agent of the city responding to an emergency call or reacting to an emergency situation is hereby authorized to act in a manner and to perform acts as are reasonably necessary to deal with the emergency call or emergency situation.
