509.08 FIGHTING PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person shall engage in fighting in the City, except in self defense.
(Ord. 35-68. Passed 5-28-68.)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
