383.04 SIREN PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.

No person, except an authorized watercraft representative of the federal government, the state, or any of its political subdivisions shall use or operate a siren on the waters in this City except for emergency purposes.

No person shall operate or permit to be operated any vessel on the waters in this City in violation of this section. (ORC 1547.04)
