(a) Following the City Council's affirmative vote to withdraw the designation of an existing parking permit area, the City shall serve notice by issuing a public announcement in the local newspaper and on the public access television channel, if it is available.
(b) The effective date of the withdrawal of the designation of an existing parking permit area shall be thirty days following the date of the City Council's affirmative vote to withdraw the designation. (Ord. 26-02. Passed 11-12-02.)
