355.05 NOTICE TO RESIDENTS AND DOWNTOWN EMPLOYEES OF DESIGNATION OF PARKING PERMIT AREAS.
   Requirements of parking permit application:
   (a)   Following the City Council's affirmative vote to designate a residential and Downtown Business Employee parking permit area in specified districts, the City shall serve notice through a public notice in the local newspapers and on public access if available.
   (b)   An application for Residential Parking Permit on which the applicant is to provide the following information for each vehicle to receive a residential parking permit:
      (1)   The name and approved street parking location of the owner of the vehicle;
      (2)   The name, approved street parking location and license number of the principal operator of a non-resident vehicle;
      (3)   The make, model, year and license plate number of the vehicle;
      (4)   The signature of the applicant for the residential parking permit.
   (c)   An application for approved Downtown Business Employee Parking Permits must be completed by the owner or operator of the business for whom the application is submitted. The following information for each vehicle must be provided:
      (1)   The name of the approved parking location for the employee's vehicle.
      (2)   The name of the business for whom the employee is working.
      (3)   The employee name and driver's license number.
      (4)   The make, model, year and license place number of the employee's vehicle.
      (5)   The signature of the business owner/operator and employee.
