351.15 PARKING ZONES.
   (a)   Pursuant to the authority granted in Chapter 305, the Safety-Service Director is hereby authorized to create parking zones in the City.
   (b)   The parking zones created by the Safety-Service Director shall be subject to and regulate by the provisions of this chapter, which are not inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
