351.09 TRUCK PARKING.
   (a)   Notwithstanding other provisions of this Traffic Code, commercial trucks may park alongside any stopped or parked vehicle when in front of a business establishment for the purpose of loading or unloading merchandise; but only for so long as it takes to perform such act; not when there is parking space available within reasonable distance of such establishment; not when there is an alley or other facilities available in connection with a business or business establishment for such purpose; and not when the operator of such vehicle is performing some act in connection with his personal affairs.
   (b)   No person shall park a truck having an overall length of 240 inches at an angle with the curb on any street within the City.
