(a) No person shall urinate or defecate in or on a public street, alley, sidewalk, yard, park, building, structure, plaza, public or utility right-of-way, or other public place, or in any place open to the public or exposed to public view.
(b) This section shall not apply to urination or defecation that is done in any restroom or other facility designed for the sanitary disposal of human waste.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of public urination. Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, public urination is a minor misdemeanor.
