131.07 FEE SCHEDULE FOR CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS.

   (a)   The City of Port Clinton Police Department shall charge the following fees for criminal background checks performed at the Port Clinton Police Department:

      BCI Check:         $30.00

      FBI Check:         $40.00

      BCI/FBI Combination:      $70.00

   (b)   The designated account for the criminal background check fees will be the Background Check Fund.
