(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is specifically provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall by subject to the penalties provided in Codified Ordinance Section 501.99. For a second offense within one year after the first offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. For a third offense within one year after the first offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) Anyone found violating Section 919.10 shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor, punishable by a maximum fine of $1,000.00 and/or imprisonment for a maximum of six months.
