733.03 MEDICAL MARIJUANA REVIEW BOARD.

(a) There is hereby created a Medical Marijuana Review Board (hereafter, the “Board”) consisting of the Chairperson of the Laws, Rules and Ordinances Committee of Council, the Safety Service Director or his/her designee, and the City Auditor or his/her designee.

(b) The presence of two (2) members of the Board shall constitute a quorum. Any action of the Board shall require two affirmative votes.
