707.02 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person, firm or corporation shall sell, or offer for sale, tangible personal property in a residence, yard, garage or outbuilding of such residence in any Zoning District in the Municipality without first having obtained a Garage Sale permit from the Safety Service Director, or his/her designee.
