707.01 DEFINITIONS.

A “Garage Sale” means a sale of any tangible personal property to the general public in any residence, yard, garage, or outbuilding in any zoning district of the City. Garage Sale includes, but is not limited to, yard sales, moving sales, porch sales, patio sales, lawn sales, estate sales, or rummage sales.
