(a) On or after the effective date of this Section, the fine for committing a parking infraction, unless another fine is established by subsections (b) or (c) of this Section, shall be twenty dollars ($20.00).
(b) On or after the effective date of this Section, the fine for violating Section 351.04 (f)(1) A. or B. shall be as follows. Additionally, if the fine is not paid within ten (10) days of the time of violation, the fine will be increased pursuant to the following fee schedule.
(1) Disability/Handicapped Parking Space
Violation (No Plate or Placard) $250.00
(2) Disability/Handicapped Parking Space
Violation (No Plate or Placard), if not paid $300.00
time of violation.
(3) Disability/Handicapped Parking Space
Violation (Plate or Placard Improperly Displayed) $100.00
(4) Disability/Handicapped Parking Space
Violation (No Plate or Placard Improperly
Displayed), if not paid or infraction answered $150.00
within 10 days of the time of violation.
(c) If not paid within ten (10) days of the time of violation as identified through service of the parking ticket pursuant to Section 352.04, the fine for any parking infraction shall be increased by fifteen dollars ($15.00). The increase in fine provided in this Division shall not apply to violations issued under subsection (b) of this Section.
