352.02 CIVIL LIABILITY FOR PARKING INFRACTIONS; ARREST PROHIBITED.

The commission of a parking infraction, as defined in subsection (a) of Section 352.01 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Port Clinton, Ohio, shall not be considered a criminal offense for any purpose. A person who commits a parking infraction shall not be arrested as a result of the commission of the violation. (Ord. 28-13. Passed 8-13-13.)
