143.09 FUND FOR OPERATIONS.

   (a)   There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the "Emergency Ambulance Service Fund" under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 5705.12.

   (b)   All moneys paid to the City for the operation of the Department of Emergency Ambulance Service shall be credited to such Fund and expended in accordance with provisions of the Ohio Revised Code. (Ord. 50-76. Passed 12-30-76.)
