Employees of the Department of Emergency Ambulance Service are hereby authorized to go outside the corporate limits of the City for the purpose of rendering aid in the case of accidents, illness or other emergencies or situations requiring emergency ambulance service, provided that the Department of Emergency Ambulance Service shall not render such service outside the corporate limits except upon orders of the Coordinators, the Director of Public Safety and Service, or the Mayor.
