There shall be designated a Coordinator and two Assistant Coordinators of the Department of Emergency Ambulance Service and they shall be charged with the responsibility of providing administrative direction for the Department. Such administrative direction shall include, but not be limited to, selection and maintenance of qualified personnel, scheduling of personnel, scheduling of ambulance runs, maintenance of equipment and supplies, certification of payroll and other records as required.
