Other rules and regulations for the operation of the compost site, not inconsistent herewith, may be established from time to time by the Safety-Service Director and posted or otherwise made available as necessary. Such rules and regulations may include, but not be limited to, additional registration requirements, limitations on materials brought in or removed from the compost site, hours of operation, security of the site, etc.
