959.02 RESIDENTS USE ONLY.
   No person who is not a resident of the City of Port Clinton shall use the compost site. No person or organization shall deposit waste at the compost site not generated from within the City limits of Port Clinton. (Ord. 33-08. Passed 1-13-09.)
