959.01 HOURS OF OPERATION.

(a) The composting site hours of operation shall be set as directed by the Safety Service Director of the City of Port Clinton and shall be posted accordingly.

(b) No person shall deposit compost, yard waste or any other matter at the compost site at such time as the compost site shall be closed.
