1327.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, or who fails to comply with any Final order as provided herein shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense. A separate offense shall be committed each day on which a violation occurs or continues. If the offender, within one year has previously been convicted of or plead guilty to a violation of this chapter, then whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender has been convicted of, or plead guilty to, two or more violations of this chapter, whoever violates this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (b)    Whenever the person responsible under this chapter with the maintenance of a structure or premises fails to comply with any Final order as provided in this chapter, the Law Director may file an action seeking injunctive relief, or other remedies as provided by law.
