(a) All full-time employees of the City who are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement, with the exception of the Safety- Service Director, Chief of Police, Parks and Recreation Director, Tax Commissioner, Chief Operating Engineer (Waste Water) and Administrative Assistant II shall be entitled to compensatory time off for all hours worked in excess of eight hours per day or forty hours per week.
(b) Compensatory time earned shall be at the rate of time and one half for each hour of overtime worked.
(c) Compensatory time may be accumulated to a maximum of 120 hours and must be used during the year in which it is earned unless approved by the Safety-Service Director.
(d) Employees receiving overtime pay shall not be eligible for compensatory time off in addition to their overtime pay.
