139.10 UNIFORM ALLOWANCE FOR POLICE CHIEF AND CAPTAIN.
   (a)   The Chief and Captain of the Police Department shall be paid an annual sum equal to the amount paid in the collective bargaining agreement to the officers under their command, payable annually on February 1 of each year, as an allowance for the purchase, replacement and maintenance of such clothing as is worn while in the performance of their official duties.
   (b)   All other full time employees of the City who are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement shall be entitled to the following uniform allowances: The City shall furnish a work uniform of the type, color and quantity as presently provided by the City under current supplier contract. In addition to the uniforms provided, each full time employee shall receive an allowance of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per year for the purchase of work clothing not furnished by the City. Such payment is to be made in one lump sum. Employees will not receive remuneration over and beyond the benefits provided all employees if they do not avail themselves of the uniforms provided by the City.
