Council hereby extends the authority and jurisdiction of the City of Port Clinton, and all of its ordinances and regulations, for a distance of two miles into Lake Erie, from the line described as follows:
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Ottawa and City of Port Clinton, and commencing on the west corporation line of the City of Port Clinton and its intersection with the centerline of Lakeshore Drive, thence, easterly along the centerline of Lakeshore Drive to its intersection with the centerline of Monroe Street; thence southerly in the centerline of Monroe Street to its intersection with the centerline of Perry Street; thence easterly in the centerline of Perry Street and East Harbor Road to the east corporation line of the City of Port Clinton.
It is the intention of Council to extend the authority and jurisdiction of the City and all of its ordinances and regulations, over all lands under the surface of Lake Erie located northerly of the above described line for a distance of two miles into Lake Erie.
