1325.03 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No handicapped ramp shall be constructed or erected on any residentially zoned property in the City until an application for construction and location of such ramp is made to the Zoning Inspector and Director of Safety and Service, and a permit is issued by said officers authorizing such handicapped ramp.
