1325.01 PURPOSE.

This chapter is enacted for the purpose of promoting the public health, peace, safety, comfort and general welfare of the citizens of Port Clinton and to provide a process for the administrative approval of permits to construct handicapped ramps in residentially zoned districts of the City of Port Clinton.
