(a) The Codified Ordinances of the City and all amendments thereto, and the Ohio Revised Code, shall be in effect and enforceable on all property owned by the City which is located outside its corporate limits.
(b) The Police Department and all other officials of the City are hereby authorized to enforce the Codified Ordinances of the City and laws of the State on property owned by the City which lies beyond its limits, and they may prosecute violations of such Ordinances and laws in the Port Clinton Municipal Court.
