131.03 DOG WARDEN.

The position of Dog Warden is hereby established. The Dog Warden shall serve on a part-time basis when called upon by the Director of Public Safety and Service. It shall be the duty of the Dog Warden to investigate and prosecute all offenses under all sections of State law and City ordinances governing animals.
