No sanitary sewers and sanitary sewage disposal systems shall be constructed, installed and/or operated without the approval of the Ohio Environmental-Protection Agency and/or the appropriate City officials. The design, construction, and installation shall be according to current standards and specifications adopted by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. Required treatment of sewage shall be in accordance with the regulations of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
