(a) Where an approved public water supply is reasonably available, the subdivider shall construct a system of water mains and connect with such public water supply.
(b) Where a supply of approved public water is not reasonably available at the plat boundary, the subdivision shall be served by private water systems if approved by the County Board of Health.
(c) Where the water supply is to be provided by an individual public water supply system, (as defined in Section 1161.08 herein) the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency shall be contacted.
