Vertical street profiles shall conform to the maximum and minimum grades listed below.
(a) Arterial Streets | Maximum Grade - 4% |
(b) Collectors and Residential Streets and Alleys | Maximum Grade - 6% |
(c) Intersection Approaches | Maximum Grade - 4% (For at least 100 ft.) |
(d) Rate of Change of Grade | Maximum Grade - 4 ft. per 100 ft. |
(e) Minimum Grade (Normally only for Streets with Curbs and Gutters) | 0.1% |
