1169.01 GENERAL STATEMENT.

All improvements required herein shall be constructed prior to securing the applicable signatures on the final approved plat or the subdivider shall furnish a performance guarantee for the estimated cost plus 10% of the installation of the required improvements to the appropriate agency.
