A completed application and questionnaire, on forms provided by the Commission, together with the reproducible copy and six copies of the plat and the supplementary information specified hereinafter, shall be submitted to the office of the Port Clinton Planning Commission. A fee, as determined by City Council shall accompany the submission. The deadline for submission is the first Monday of any month for review at that month's meeting.
